I was a part of the partner program in December 2019 and was asked to leave as Stripe does not support my location (India). I felt that this was quite unfair, as I was at a disadvantage due to no fault of my own.

I used to come across Medium Members from unsupported locations who were part of the program, and I was often confused about how this was possible. I assumed that either they have set up a company in the US or are using someone else's bank account. I had also given up hope that a solution for this would ever be possible.
